Our service offering in this domain ranges from assisting the client or their service provider with the design, owning the preparation of the necessary documentation (bid package), complete system design, fabrication, FAT, delivery, SAT and start up support.
Modular Automated Systems
The backbone of our automation system is the Modular Automation Platform which integrate different process equipment into a unified platform that simplifies the management and control of production processes. It is the perfect solution for flexible and modular production processes.
The combination of this automation solution with robotics has resulted in a unique platform that can automate various repetitive tasks that are prone to human error.
The first implementation of this platform is to be used within the QC Labs. A fully automated QC sample prep platform consisting of various modules that perform different tasks like, capping/de-capping, shaking, filling, weighing, etc., takes away human error and performance of repetitive tasks.
This is a fully automated solution that provides detailed records of all tasks and tests and prepares the samples for the testing, with the ability to perform uninterrupted operation. The automation solution is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11.
